1. Data we collect

• Contact data: name, mobile number, and district or address.
• Order data: service type, description, and requested time.
• Gift-card data: sender and recipient name and mobile, and the gift message.
• Payment data: processed by the licensed payment gateway; we do not store your bank card numbers.
• Technical data: such as IP address and browser type, for security and abuse prevention.

2. Purposes & legal basis

We process your data to fulfil your request, provide the service and communicate with you about it, issue gift cards and process payments, protect our systems from fraud and abuse, and comply with regulatory requirements.

This is based on your consent, on what is necessary to perform the contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in securing and operating the service.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it, only as necessary, with trusted service providers:

• The payment gateway to complete online payments.
• The SMS provider to send verification codes.
• Hosting and database providers to run the site and store your requests.
• Competent authorities where a legal or judicial requirement exists.

4. Transfer of data outside the Kingdom

Some data may be stored or processed by service providers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In that case, we take the necessary measures to protect your data in line with the PDPL and the controls on transferring data outside the Kingdom.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes and meet regulatory requirements, then destroy or anonymize it. Temporary verification codes are deleted automatically after they expire.

6. Data protection

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including connection encryption, storing passwords in hashed form, storing verification codes in a hashed form that does not reveal the code, and limiting login attempts to prevent abuse.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights:

• To be informed of how and why your data is processed.
• To access your data and obtain a copy of it.
• To request correction or update of your data.
• To request destruction of your data when it is no longer needed.
• To withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to run the site, such as saving your language preference and the staff login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
